About Basic is Best

Basic is Best is a small outfit making custom made products out of various materials including wood, metals and acrylics - we started in 2019.

All of our designs are custom made and our own original designs

Being responsible
Where possible we are responsible with the materials we use, all of our packaging is recycled and we try to use mostly natural products

For example if we are colouring metals we use oxidation rather than dyes or paints and many of the keyrings we use are made from reclaimed wood

Naturally when cutting any material fumes are produced - as a result any machine that is used in production, be it a fiber laser or a 3D printer any exhaust from these machines is run through smoke purifiers, for example our fiber lasers exhaust to the one below

Smoke purifiers catch any harmful gasses and particles that would otherwise be exhaust into the atmosphere
