Shipping times
We try to send out your order ASAP, however depending on what you ordered it can affect your delivery time
Anything that says it is IN STOCK and not a custom product (eg: you want your name on it) will generally be dispatched same day or next day. Anything custom will take longer.. a good rule of thumb is
- Non-custom ("In stock") - same or next day dispatch
- Custom products - 2-3 days dispatch
Shipping cost
UK
Because the majority of the products we sell will fit in a large letter we base our shipping costs on weight. Shipping is broken into bands:

| 101 - 250g | £1.90 |
| Over 250g | £4.95 |
| Any order over £40 | Free |
Customised Orders are always sent as tracked parcels at a cost of £4.95
We also offer a each-step tracked service at extra cost

| Over 500g | £5.55 |
| Any order over £75 | Free |
France & Germany
We also ship to France & Germany under the same rules as the UK, however we can't offer free shipping to these locations

Delivery times
To keep costs down for our customers we only use Royal Mail 2nd class post - the delivery time for this service is 3-4 days after dispatch and is a Mon-Sat delivery time.
Because the majority of the things we sell will fit in a standard large letter package size we anticipate the delivery to be posted through your post box by your local postie.
Customised orders are sent via tracked parcel post and as a result delivery is up to your arrangement at your delivery address, we recommend using the tracking code provided and seeing what options for delivery you have.
EU delivery time
I'm afraid we offer no guarantee on delivery times outside of the UK, although the deliveries generally leave the country the same day they are posted once they leave the UK we've found delivery time varies so much it would be pointless to offer any estimate.
